I think it’s more like Futanari (Dickgirl) than a cross-dressing Shota story. “She” seems to have breasts, after all.
Also, things would be better without the blood. That’s a big turn-off for me. It isn’t fun to see the cute little kid in pain. :{
At least they both seems to be happy in the end…
