So it looks like the people running the site for the new Pico game have decided to deny access to all non-Japanese IP addresses. Luckily, we can get around this easily by using a Japanese proxy.

First, go to:

Then type in the Pico game address (http://www.tinkorbell.cc) and click go ^^

The website for the new Pico game is finally up, including the release date for the game: 15th October 2010

You can also download the first episode of the new podcast called “Pico to Chico: Shota Idol no Oshigoto Countdown Radio“, where the voice actress for Pico and the producer discuss the game (in Japanese), and Pico sings a song.

Hany, the brilliant editor/uncensor artist behind most of my translation projects, has decided to try his hand at making some photoshop tutorials to help people improve their skills. Tutorial #1 covers basic photoshop tools as well as avatar/signature creation, but if enough people are interested then he’s thinking of making some more advanced ones too. Anyway, I’ll let him explain:

This tutorial gives a small introduction to various image techniques. It’s dedicated to Photoshop, but can also be applied to TheGimp (which is totally free). In this tutorial, you will learn the basics of layers, transformation, selection, and how to apply them to make your own avatar and signature. In addition of the tutorial, there are also some example files, in Photoshop format. Don’t hesitate to have a look if you are lost.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in the comments section of this post. And if you like this tutorial, please don’t hesitate to say it ^^.

The next tutorial will be on one of the following subjects:

School assignments + StarCraft II = not enough love for the site lately

I think this image sums things up pretty well, actually. Poor little shota site needs a lot more attention than he’s currently getting. I feel sorry for him ;__;

The problem is that I’ve only really been focusing on posting translations lately, which means that when I don’t spend all of my time translating, site updates become few and far between.

So, I’m sorry to all the people who only come here for translations, but I’m gonna try and liven the place up a bit! That isn’t to say that there will be less translations, just that I’ll be trying to post more random stuff in between releases. Ideally, I’d like to have a new post here every couple of days.

Thanks everybody for sticking around despite the lack of updates! I’ll try and get my act together and organize some new posts soon.

Well, I’ve got an exam early next week, so I need to take a break from the site for a couple of days in order to cram for it.

Once you sign up, you can upload an avatar that will be associated with your email address. Whenever you post on wordpress blogs using that email address, it’ll display your avatar.

Firstly, I just want to say another big ‘thank you!’ to Frost for allowing me to host his wonderful translations. Hopefully we’ll be seeing lots more of his translations in the near future ^__^

So, what’s new:

• I’ve updated the site to the latest version of wordpress. Which is exciting for me, but I guess it doesn’t really affect anyone else xD

• I’ve installed a new spam filter which has allowed me to re-open the Suggestions, Feedback and Questions sections. They’d all built up a lot of comments from the last couple of years, so I’ve decided to start them again from scratch. If you posted a comment on one of the old pages and I didn’t answer it, please post it again, and I’ll try and get back to you as soon as possible ^^

• The “Archives” section of the sidebar is now collapsible, saving quite a lot of space.

• I’ve added a new “Shota Imageboards” section to the links area. If you know of any other shota boards that I haven’t listed, please let me know and I’ll update the list :3

• And finally, I’ve installed a new plugin which enables me to embed locally hosted videos to posts. I’m really excited about this, because unlike embedded videos hosted at youtube, the videos I host myself can contain shota nudity. The video player even has a full-screen option xD. I’ll gradually be adding more and more videos to the site, with the (somewhat high) hopes of eventually amassing a sizeable collection of naked clips from anime. I’ve already prepared a few clips, so I’ll be posting those over the next few days ^_^
